[clue-talk] Microsoft vs. the EU

When the news became a business and the profit motive drives what is presented you get the current news lineup.  That's why it's beneficial to balance what news you get via public (NPR) and international (BBC) sources.  What I find odd is that given Fox News' ratings why hasn't someone started a competing conservative news channel that presents actual news rather than talking heads.

Does anybody in CLUE think the U.S. media censors any type of story? If so, what? Only covering dead U.S. soldiers, rather than the number of Iraqi civiiian casualties? Or is the American public uninterested in that, too?
