Answers are in the respective question order as follows:

VPSlink is located in Boston, MA now (from Seattle, WA with Spry before they were sold off).
VPSLink takes care of the power.
BW is under a VPSLink-3 account for the details which CLUE has yet to surpass.
Jed is currently doing rsync's of things nightly via a set of cron jobs.
Minus maintenance, pretty high up.
This is a VPS container under Xen.
Remote access as we open ports with admin console access as well. No physical access.
Paravirtualization level hardware last I checked and still potentially the case.

The decision is to go with a 6-month renewal of VPSLink (from 01 January 2011 to 30 June 2011) at this time. I will still be one of the server admins as well along with David A. and Jed since there is discussion on re-vamping the CLUE web site a bit.

HTH.
