I wish. My shift recently got tweaked, I don't get into tech center
until 8PM, by then it doesn't seem like there's much point; but I don't
mind doing it to help the cause (metaphorically speaking) as long as it
doesn't upset HR, and I don't think it will. Obviously I can't eat the
cost, but it seems to me that if there's enough interest, it could
potentially pay for itself. Retail on workstation's ridiculous, it's
like 200 a pop, so figure, raffle tickets at maybe 5 a head, and you
only have to sell 10 to make a profit.
The discount program itself is a friends and family thing, I could use
the clue contact info, but then everybody would get the license every
time I bought one, so I suspect we'd have to channel it through someone
specific, but I'm sure the details could be worked out.
