[CLUE-Tech] Email works, but Web doesn't?

I was still having problems with surfing the web, so I shutdown Netscape
and have not had a problem since.  Ok, now what was the problem?
Basically, I could type intermittent URLs and get there, but rarely. 
Since I've shutdown and restarted Netscape, no problem.  Sheesh ;-)
