I had just forwarded a message with the blank email (i.e. no quoted text
below or attached) and CC'd myself.  Nothing but me forwarded comments
were sent: no attachments, inline text, nothing.  Weird stuff.

I normally turn off Java, Javascript and Stylesheets under Preferences,
I'll see if turning of each individually solves the problem.
