Thanks guys. Yes, my bandwidth is pretty rotten -- 28.8. Having built
the kernel about a dozen times in the past week, I'm not daunted by
that. I'm waiting to hear back from the driver developer on another
matter, and I've logged this with RH Bugzilla. It'd be nice to find a
"fixed in" rather than a "try this" newer kernel, so I'm going to wait
and see what response I get from RH. I suppose the CLUE mtg. would be a
good place to snag a CD. I hope I know what I want to do before then.
