Not to do a sales pitch here, but The I.T.E.C. Company
refers our consulting clients to Colorado DSL for "DSL"
or similar access.  Tom Valaika is the head guy there,
and has provided to our clients alternatives to Qwest
since Qwest does have a majority out and about the Denver
Metro area.  Prices have paralleled the normal basic
DSL package from Qwest recently from my understanding
(24/7 access, dynamic IP, web and mail box space type
of thing).  For those who want particular like a static
IP, email or call Tom on it.

Hope this helps some who are caught in this ordeal
(sounds things back in March of this year with other
DSL groups going under, all at once).
