[CLUE-Tech] DSL Recommendations

Richard,
My understanding is that I am free to choose my own ISP. In fact, their web
site provides a list of available ISPs (about 20 companies for my location).
I have seen marketing that encourages folks to use MSN, but I have not yet seen
anything that indicates Qwest users are forced. Do you have any URLs?
