Qwest currently used both CAP and DMT. CAP was the protocol they first
chose, so services installed more than about 6 month ago are all CAP.
The are not actively converting these customers to DMT. However, Qwest
now only deploys DMT. Any new order installs a DMT DSL. Indeed, any
change to an existing CAP account is supposed to also switch the DSL
over to DMT. The CAP DSL equipment in the CO is inventoried
differntly, and they are slowly switchnig lines over to DMT as changes
happen on the accounts.

I am not sure, (don't have one, have the 675) but I think the 678 does
both CAP and DMT.
