I'd like to go with the latest release 2.2R4 - I still use a dialup connect up
here in Conifer, which is why I don't download it myself.

If I install 2.2R3, can I update it to 2.2R4 via apt-get? If not, perhaps best
to go with a build-it-from-scratch approach, yes?

I don't, but as there are now two (2) satellite Internet providers available in
the area, it should not be long until I will have broadband here in the sticks.
