My point was that, instead of trying to get RPM, etc up to the new standard,
it may make sense to just do a wholesale upgrade to RH 7.0 now that the
fixes make it, IMHO, reasonably stable.

The "relevant errata RPM upgrades" I was referring to were the fixes that
RedHat released for 7.0 to fix the broken compiler they released with it,
etc.

Sorry I wasn't clearer.
