[CLUE-Tech] rpm incremental upgrade?

Ok. I guess I have to upgrade with finer granularity. It doesn't make sense
(to me) that rpm would need to be upgraded so incrementaly, so I tried to go
from 3.0.3 to 3.0.6. If there's a line in the sand, you'd think the version
numbers would indicate it in the minor v number...

I'll try 3.0.3-> 3.0.4-> 3.0.5. and see if modutils will upgrade.
