[CLUE-Tech] remote login or telnet as root

You can reconfigure your system to allow root to telnet in ... but i won't
even tell you how, because it is a BIG security hole.

Better you use "su" or "sudo" to run root priveleges after connecting as a
remote user.

Better still ... turn off telnet completely, and use ssh for remote
access. telnet sends data and passwords over the wire as clear text ...
ssh is encrypted, and very secure. There are even some freeware ssh apps
that you can run from m$osf (OS challenged) boxes out there too.
