[CLUE-Tech] Point MUA to local SMTP listener?

Have you looked at the Sylpheed log file:

	~/.sylpheed/sylpheed.log

Alternatively, choose Tool | Log Window from the command menu.

Just some more suggestions: have you tried using an alternative method of accessing your SMTP host, for example:

1)	the IP address (127.0.0.1) for localhost
2)	the machine name (goofy.mydomain.com) instead of localhast?
3)	the machines public IP address
