I prefer TridiaVNC because of it's integrated "Tight" compression.  It 
works much better over lower bandwidth connections.  If you are going over 
a 100mbit LAN, plain vanilla VNC would be a great choice.  However, if you 
are restricted by a DSL/Cable/Satellite link, TridiaVNC will show some 
impressive speed gains.
