[CLUE-Tech] SCP Freakiness

I installed SSH on both of my machines at home.  I can scp things to one of 
them.

The other complains :
bash: scp: command not found
lost connection

I know that scp REALLY just tunnels some other command through ssh.  Does 
anyone know what that is so I can install it on the box that does not 
work?  From my machine at work, I can scp to the one, but not the other, so 
I know it is on the receiving end, not the originating.  BTW, I can scp 
FROM either machine, just not TO the one.  It makes no difference which way 
the file is going, or which machine I am coming from (laptop works too) 
just which machine is remote.
