[CLUE-Tech] IDSL (was Of Security and Firewalls..)

yeah, that is where I'm at now, the tech is suppose to come out today,
unfortunatly, at the moment, it's working fine.  I used to be one of
those tier2 folks, most of them are not only less than knowledgeable,
most of what they are fed in the two week training class is wrong.

even though it is obvious that the problem is somewhere beyond my
default router, I have changed/checked/doublechecked my computer
settings more times than I can count, powercycled the modem. waited
several hours for them to repush my modem information, etc.  All to no
avail, surprise surprise.
