[CLUE-Tech] Sendmail and STARTTLS

I'm running RH7.2 and 7.1 (both run 8.11 versions of sendmail) and I am 
wondering what I need to do to enable STARTTLS for user authentication and 
securemail sending. If anyone has done something similar lemme know.

So far I've found a working config that tells me that I have to compile in 
support for SSL into sendmail but I am unfamiliar with it build process.
