Well,

You can't get every IIS server patched, but at least you can vent:

RedirectMatch ^.*\.(exe|dll|ida).* http://support.microsoft.com

Add this to your httpd.conf file and redirect any requests that have a 
.exe .dll or .ida extension to support.microsoft.com
