Network unreachable is an icmp message you got back - probably when your
named was trying to talk to a root server. It means that at some point
along the path your request hit a router that didn't have a route to use for
that network.
Probably it is an intermittent condition and will go away. If you care, try
tracerouting to that that address. If it is consistently unreachable after
only one or two hops the problem is on your end and may be worth
investigating.
