[CLUE-Tech] Sound card/speaker "feedback" problem

Tim,

Muting is the easy part, and not I'm not using a microphone.  I'm more
quality aware and want to nip it in the bud.

Yes, the microphone setting and the volume setting both affect this
feedback problem.
