websitesource is not a Colorado company, but has hosted my site for almost
two years.  Technical support is not so hot, but if you are not a newbie (as
I was) you won't really need it, as I can't remember the last time they were
down.  They offer 200 MB of storage and 6000 MB transfer for $21.95/month,
less if you pay by quarters.

On the bad side, they don't have Postgresql.
