[CLUE-Tech] SB-Live latency issues (yuck)

In this article they are saying that VIA does not implement the PCI standard correctly. They, the writers of the article, are saying that disk transfers are running less than the best possible.

The article would be a good read for anybody interested in PCI and disk interaction.
