I suppose it could be.  Its an old circa '96 s3.  However, would affect both Linux and Windowsr?  I ran Windows on this box for two years before installing RH.

I suppose the old card could have just crapped out.  Maybe I'll just pick up a new card when I go fetch the box from the shop tomorrow.
