I do almost all my work in linux. However, I occasionally I need to
jump over to my Windows side and so I want to store some files over
there.

I'm on root in linux (Mandrake 8.0 / kernal 2.4.3) running Star
Office 5.2. I try to save directly to my windows side and get "ERROR
NON EXISTENT FILE / NON EXISTENT OBJECT" and I am unable to save the
file.

I know I have write permissions in my windows partition (which is
Win98 btw) because I can exit Star Office and do a copy using the
Konqueror file manager or a terminal session just fine.

Ideas are welcome.
