Alright, look at this:

[root at www3 init.d]# ./httpd restart
Stopping httpd: [FAILED]
Starting httpd: [ OK ]
[root at www3 init.d]# ./httpd start
Starting httpd: [ OK ]
[root at www3 init.d]# ./httpd start
Starting httpd: [ OK ]
[root at www3 init.d]# ./httpd restart
Stopping httpd: [FAILED]
Starting httpd: [ OK ]

For some reason, apache isn't running. It says it starts, but in
reality, it doesn't. I'm on a Red Hat 7.2 system, with the "out of the
box" apache install. Can someone tell me where I can find a log file
that would show what's preventing it from starting?
