[CLUE-Tech] apache fun stuff

Yeah, that sounds right, because I'm using this on a webserver with ssl
and virtual hosts.  I tried to keep the same apache config that I used
with 7.1, but it wouldn't take with that listen 80 line left in. 
Weird...
