I use attbi.com's cable connection on my home network. When I test my
download speeds at dslreports.com I consistently get about 145k. Uploads
are around 11.5k. I guess attbi.com is switching everyone to 256 kilobit
uploads. Of course, like Frank mentioned, it all depends.

If you want to do some research on different broadband connections,
dslreports.com is a good place to start. They have lots of reviews (some
a bit bias but still useful) and they rate the different providers.
