Not really, as your ISP may already be handling this for you.  Your
ISP may be naming your IP address something cryptic like
adsluser3243.3223.isp.example.com, but so long as that host name
resolves to the same IP address you're fine.

You should ask your ISP.  They determine how it is going to happen.
They may choose to ignore you.  They may choose to have you tell them
what your host names are and manage it themselves.  Or they may
delegate them to a name server of your choice, using the CNAME magic
described in RFC 2317.
