	I do the same thing with pine. Basically you want to configure
pine to allow you enter a from address on every email you write. It will
pre-fill this line with your default email address, but once you configure
pine as explained below, you can change it. Also, you can use the
nicknames in your address book in this field, so you don't have to type
out a full email address each time.
	To configure pine:

*) Add 'allow-changing-from' to the 'feature-list' option in ~/.pinerc.
*) Add 'From:' to the 'default-composer-hdrs' option in ~/.pinerc.
