[CLUE-Tech] looking for a mail add on

I am on a number of lists such as newbie at mandrake.com or spam-l with 
my subscription set to digest mode, so I get one or a couple of 
digests per day.  I know there are tools out there to split the 
digests into their unique emails so that I can reply to the ones that 
I want to.  Any recommendations.
