[CLUE-Tech] installing mysql on Redhat 8.0

OK! Replacing the packages with -i --replacespkgs did the trick. Thanx for
the help.

I haven't exercised the programs yet, but they're all present and accounted
for.

I feel shame that I was so quick to dis' RH. It's a darned fine distro, I'm
sure.
