Yeah.  I think those bad ARP entries are the problem.  It
would be really interesting to know what's causing that.

Filters on the 678?  I had filtering disabled.

I thought that was odd, too.  However, I'm at home and
online using an Actiontec loaner from my ISP.  The wan0-0 is
set up the same way.  My outside IP is the 216.57.216.237
and the other end is 216.57.214.82.

Since the Actiontec is working, I guess it confirms it was
the Cisco, and not some stranges with anything on my LAN or
the WAN between me and the gateway.

When I dropped off the Cisco and talked to the techie today,
it sounded like he was either going to erase the config on
it and start over or flash the IOS with the current version.
