I might just do that.  I thought of Mandrake because of it's reputation as
a "desktop" Linux, whereas RH tends to be more server-oriented.  The
differences may be insignifigant though, I don't know.  She's not really
married to any distro--in fact, I doubt she could tell you that she's
running Red Hat.  To her, it's just "the computer."  Which is really how it
ought to be.

Maybe I'll set up User-mode Linux with RH and Mandrake, and she can just
choose which one she wants to run.  Hmmm...maybe not...
