Thanks for that tidbit!  I guess I should have known that's where the 
costs were being cut.

Which spawns another question for me...  I'm finding that many 
applications are now assuming I'm running > 1024x768 resolution and the 
default window sizes make 'Apply', 'OK', etc buttons inaccessible 
without resizing the window.  Mozilla's preference dialog is the worst 
offender of this so far  This is incredibly burdensome..

I've changed my default XFree86 fonts to 75dpi instead of 100.. Not sure 
I can say this made much of a difference.  Can anyone recommend 
something else I could change to "tinify" my windows more?  Or do I just 
have to live with it?
