Your ISP (or someone upstream) owns the zone for their IP addresses so 
they have to put the mapping in their DNS server.  If you buy your 
domain through them they should handle that.  But if you didn't, they 
may be reluctant to do the extra work.

Call and ask, and let us know what they say.
