Still waiting on the GTK+ interface.  The current interface is a bit
klunky, though the program works fine for simple things.  I used it to
layout the graphics for a trifold brochure we used at the CLIQ
conference a couple of years ago.  Lots of dependencies, though.

Now known as Kontour.  Haven't played with it in quite some time since
I'm a GTK+ guy and it's a KDE thingy.

I'm not aware of any conversion tools for vector formats (ie nothing
like the NetPBM tools except for ps2pdf) unless the editors themselves
can export to new formats.
