I was just posting about the MSN pricing, which didn't actually change
(though it appeared to).

BTW, just called Qwest for 1.5mbps (vpi/vci change) upgrade'^)  Takes 5
working days, also if done by 2/27 they waive the $9.99 upgrade charge for
DSL Deluxe customers.
