[CLUE-Tech] FTP Program

Does anyone know of a hidden FTP program with Fedora Core 1?  I tried
gFTP off the standard menu, and it froze my machine completely, which is
a rare occurrence in any Linux distribution.

I just need a simple "point and shoot" interface to transfer files up to
several web sites i manage.  In Windows, i was using and old version of
WS_FTP, and it worked fine.  It would be nice to find something along
those lines here.
