[CLUE-Tech] Another type of Knoppix?

I don't know of anything specifically religious, but there is Morphix. 
Morphix is basically a modular version of Knoppix, that lets you assemble
a live CD from various components (e.g. base, GNOME, etc.).  Not sure if
you know what particular programs you want, or how hard it would be to
make your own module, though.
