[CLUE-Tech] Setting level of encryption for wifi

Hello,

Is there a command and switch by which I set the level of encryption for
my wifi network?

I'm currently setting it by entering into my card configuration file the
128-bit key that I got from my access point setup, but I cannot find
anything that lets me set it any other way.

iwlist with the key switch will tell me what key sizes are available
(40, 64, and 128), but I do not see a switch that lets me set the key
size at the time I configure the PCMCIA card using iwconfig. What I am
looking for is something like

    "iwconfig wlan0 key s:password keysize=128"

so that I can enter my password as an ASCII string and have the system
generate the encryption at a 128 bit size.
