[CLUE-Tech] Network problem with FC2 (2.6.8-1.521 kernel) on Dell D600 laptop

I had yum configured to use http, then changed it to ftp.
I noticed the same issues with both.

It does appear to be firewall related, though.  I just tranferred a 1+
Gig file twice and had no issues internally.  Then again it could be
latency related, too...
