Well, as a Savvis customer, I'm glad to hear you'll be removing your
local block :) I actually hope a lot of others do the same, since we've
been using Savvis for 5 years now, and have no plan for changing. I
didn't realize until this thread that Savvis was so bad about hosting
spammers. We use them because we get an amazing discount for a T1, and
have been fairly happy with them after a rough first year with lots of
down time.
