[clue-tech] FIXED: Courier scripts for logwatch

No one responded to my request for working logwatch scripts for 
courier-imap, so I revised them myself when I finally had time to.  This 
post is for the archives to close the request.

On the flip-side, if anyone needs working logwatch scripts for 
courier-imap, I have them.
