note he sent this as chair at illinois.sierraclub.org. He sent three 
copies.  Two went to other servers (oriez.org and rmc.sierraclub.org).  The 
address change occurred ONLY on the copy that went to my test 
ohio.sierraclub.org email address.  First set of headers went there and 
changed.  second set went elsewhere correctly.

Note also that I made one error.  The error only occurs one the copy going 
to an address on the server, and does NOT include the sender's address in 
the to/cc list
