I use FRII for the ISP and Qwest for the transport - mine's PPPoA to a 
Cisco 678 which allowed me to have two separate IP ranges routed to the 
router from the ISP.

I haven't yet seen/figured out what the real problem is for the original 
poster with that type of setup...???
