[clue-tech] Oracle 10g Database Release 2 for Linux woes

Mike,
Hopefully I get this right.
Sys, system and other roles are not allowed through the isql interface.
To log into those roles through the sqlplus interface you would use
something like this.
$ sqlplus sys as sysdba
or from inside sqlplus

Or something like that. Check the oracle forums for isqlplus.
