[clue-tech] sudo no longer requiring password

I am running Debian testing, and recently I noticed that sudo no longer 
requires me to provide my password.  Why is that?  I thought the default 
was to ask for a password.

sudoers:
root    ALL=(ALL) ALL
%sudo   ALL=(ALL) ALL

groups I'm in:
users adm sudo webmasters
