I don't know your model but I have a Toshiba that had some oddball ECC RAM in a proprietary package that I could either pay Kensington $300 for or just wait until some showed up on eBay... Eventually it did. 

You can usually use the lookups on the big RAM manufacturer sites to find the specs and then just do a lot of hunting for used stuff if yours is odd like that to find someone with stock they want to dump on the Net. 

Again I haven't looked up your model.
