[clue-tech] Ogg weirdness...

All the below results are reproducible across a large group of recently-
created Ogg's.  Older Ogg's don't show the problem.

Accessing a given Ogg as a local file or over the smb protocol plays the
file fine in XMMS, but not in the most recent version of WinAmp, not
even the tag is accessible.  Accessing the ~same~ file over the http:
protocol works just fine in both.

Any ideas?  Took me a while just to get to this point.

Do I have a reason to suspect that running unix2dos on these unreadable
files will heal them?
